Mrs. Palmer lives in Montgomery, Alabama, and she is married to Mr. M. P. Palmer, and they have two sons (Markus (Phyllis), Maurice (Daphne), one grandson, M.J (Markus, Jr.) and one granddaughter, Marleigh Ann Palmer. She is the daughter of Mrs. Noria Lee Hardy and the Late Mr. Joseph Hardy, Sr. She is the seventh child of eleven siblings. She is a Veteran’s Technology teacher and is currently employed by the Montgomery Public School system. Mrs. Palmer is the Technology Coordinator and the Computer Education teacher for grades K-5th. She earned both a B.S. and a Master’s Degree in Education from Alabama State University with honors of Magna Cum Laude and Summa Cum Laude. Mrs. Palmer is a Highly Qualified and Motivated teacher and she is devoted to education. She is also a graduate of Trenholm State Technical College where she studied and graduate at the top of her class in Business Administration. She is a member of several professional organizations. Mrs. Palmer is currently an honor student and she has achieved the completion of an Advanced Graduate Study Recognition's degree in Educational Leadership Administration from Capella University. In addition, Mrs. Palmer graduated from Capella University on March 15, 2014 with a Doctor of Philosophy of Education. In 2008 & 2010, she received the honor of the Golden Apple Teacher of the year from Fitzpatrick Elementary School. Listed below are other accomplishments since her journey.
